At New Unity Baptist Church, the Joshua Circle serves as a gathering of leaders committed to prayerful discernment, shared responsibility, and faithful stewardship of the church’s life and direction.

This is not leadership for visibility—
it is leadership for service, formation, and care.

Led by Pastor–Servant–Leader, Rev. Johnny N. Golden, Sr., the Joshua Circle reflects a model of leadership shaped by Scripture, sustained by prayer, and grounded in humility.
